They are compact, and utterly useful. I wish I could afford to spend the money on these – and I just may someday. The ability to switch your dumbell weight without keeping 20 seperated dumbells around is just awesome. Curls, presses, anything – anything you want to do these can adjust to whatever you need. I love them. They work so well too – just turn the knob on the side for what weight you want and GO. Awesome.
