I’ve been using Alli now since the middle of November, and I’ve lost 12 pounds, on schedule with the promised 1-2 pounds of safe weight loss per week. They have a very robust online support site for people who purchase the pills and it provides useful tracking of weight loss and encouragement in more ways than I can use. The treatment effects that you read about are what keeps people honest with Alli and essentially make it work — if you eat too much fat at one sitting, you’ll be visiting the bathroom quite frequently. You learn quick. I made it through the holidays with continued weight loss, which I view as an amazing feat. I have 13 more pounds to lose on my plan and I’ll weigh what I did before I had my two kids. Helps me with my eating, Worth it

I have been using Alli for over 2 months and have seen great results. Even though I don’t always stay under the daily calories its a pill that I take with my meals that makes me want to stay under 19 grams of fat, so is a motivater in a pill. People talk about Treatment Effects. I have had some, but they aren’t bad and if you know you ate something bad, just prepare and use more protection ( with your normal undergarments for the possible oil leakage, I know gross but better coming out then staying in). Never had I had any horrible TE’s, its been a easy ride and I will continue to take my Alli as it keeps my diet in check.

This works if followed as directed!

I have been on the plan for one week and lost 5 pounds! I followed the instructions and limitted my fat intake to under 15 grams per meal and kept to my recommended calorie intake. I did more walking than I usually do. For about three of my meals this week, I forgot to take the pill, but I still lost 5 pounds. As for treatment effects, they are no worse than before I started taking Alli for example when I ate products like CarbSmart icecream which has Splenda in it but a high fat content or when I used to eat fried chicken. I just do like other reviewers on this site have recommended and get to a bathroom if I even slightly feel the urge to go. For someone like myself who has been struggling to lose weight for the past three years, this product is very helpful and is helping me to make the committment to lose weight. Before Alli, I gave up on other diet and exercise plans because the weight would not come off as quickly as I’d hope and that would leave me feeling very frustrated so I stopped dieting too soon. I plan on continuing with Alli and with results like these I will succeed where I failed in the past because I will see the weight come off a bit faster. As another reviewer stated, Alli will help me stick to the program because instead of taking 6-8 months to lose 50 pounds, with Alli I can hopefully cut that down to 4-5 months or less!
